We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our company, managing the front desk and providing administrative support across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable.
Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Provide general information to visitors and callers.
Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
