Business Support
Officer
We succeed by providing advisory, strategic and research services to local, regional and international
organizations from Public, Private and NGOs.
Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, creative and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our
dynamic team. You will play an important role by providing admin & operational support to our
consulting teams to help deliver & accomplish successful projects to our clients.
Job Type: Full-time. Remote.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative & operational support to consulting teams.
• Assist & develop business, reports, and other business-related materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content, understand presentation goals, and
define the message.
• Design and develop professional PowerPoint presentations using a consistent brand identity and
style guide.
• Source and incorporate high-quality visuals, including charts, graphs, images, and icons, to
enhance presentations.
• Apply strong visual design principles to ensure presentations are clear, concise, and visually
appealing.
• Proofread and edit presentations for accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
• Maintain and update presentation templates to ensure brand consistency.
• May assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. (preferred)
- 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in a similar role.
Skills:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Openness to receive and give feedback.
- Flexibility to work outside traditional business hours.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Business Support Officer
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Research skills (Primary & Secondary) is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Arabic (advanced to native, a Must)
- English (Good)
- Excel (Good)
- Power Point (Good)
- experience in CRM is a plus.
