Job Description:

As a Management Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, develop strategies, and implement solutions that enhance performance and achieve objectiveobjectives.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex projects virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to identity business needs, gather requirements, and define project scope.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client operations, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and present comprehensive strategic plans and recommendations.
• Implement solutions and monitor progress to ensure successful project
Completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide training and support to client staff as needed.
• Stay up to date of industry trends and best practices to continually provide
Cutting edge solutions.
• Manage multiple project workstreams, including developing project plans and
Templates, executing project tasks, and tracking progress against project goals.
• Support senior members in clearly articulating client needs.
• Drat client deliverables, presentations, and proposal materials .
• Timely submission of assigned reports/deliverables.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and market assessments to support consulting
projects.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights, and develop accountable
Recommendation for clients.
• Conduct benchmark studies, best practices studies, and gap analysis studies to
identfy areas for improvement.
• Partcipate in client meetngs, workshops, and presentatons.

• Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality consulting services to clients.
• Contribute to the development of intellectual property and thought leadership content.
• Assist in project management and client communication.
• Contribute to process improvement through innovative and cost-effective
proposals/ideas/suggestions.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field is required; Masters or PHD degree are preferred.
• 7 to 12 years of relevant work experience in consulting, strategy, or business analysis.
• Proven experience as a Management Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think cri9cally and
creatively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present
complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong aten9tion to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
environment.
• Proficiency in MicrosoP Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectation.
• Experience in administra9on and organization.
• Experience in strategic planning and various types of implementa9on plans.
• Experience in designing, measuring, and monitoring initiatives and programs.
• Proficiency in instructional structuring and organization.
• Knowledge of governance and project management.
