Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management and be fluent in both English and Arabic. This role will support our marketing initiatives, helping to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Manage and monitor our social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that will inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Help with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as newsletters, brochures, and email campaigns.
Support the organization of events, promotions, and product launches.
Maintain and update the company’s CRM system with relevant customer information.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing documentation.
Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's brand guidelines and voice.
Prepare presentations and marketing proposals for client meetings.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on campaign progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and insights, using this information to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, ُtrello , slack )
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus.
