Project Control Manager

Education: Graduate of Engineering, Construction Management Engineering degree in Mechanical/Civil/E&I

Experience: Minimum of 15 years professional experience in Corporate Planning and Cost Control, 5 years of which is in managerial capacity; At least 7 years’ experience in the EPC industry, and balance years in Contracting Industry can be considered

Skills & Knowledge:
• Competencies knowledge in the areas of strategic planning, performance management, economic and industry research and analysis, and model building. Strong Project Management Skills. Good leadership and coaching skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent creative and problem-solving skills
• Strong Primavera knowledge and experience
• Knowledgeable in Project Management
• Ability to control multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining thoroughness and accuracy with attention to details.
• Ability to prepare very complex reports.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and leadership skills
• Excellent training and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
