Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Telecom QC Inspector / Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all telecom-related installation, testing, and commissioning activities comply with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and quality checks of telecom installation activities such as fiber optic cable laying, termination, testing, and commissioning.

Review and verify material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).

Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, NCRs, and test results.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards (like TIA/EIA, ISO), and client requirements (e.g., Aramco, Sabic, etc.).

Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and client representatives for daily inspections and quality-related matters.

Monitor telecom systems such as structured cabling, CCTV, PA/GA, Telephone, LAN/WAN, and Access Control systems.

Participate in site walkthroughs, pre-commissioning, and final inspections with the client.

Support audits, punch list clearance, and handover documentation.

Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom QC roles (preferably in Oil & Gas or Infrastructure projects).

Strong knowledge of telecom standards, drawings, and specifications.

Familiarity with inspection tools and telecom testing equipment (e.g., OTDR, Fluke Tester).

Experience with Aramco or other major clients is a plus.

Certification in QC/QA or relevant telecom systems is preferred.

Good communication and report-writing skills in English.
