Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable QMS Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Management Systems within the chemical industry and possess in-depth knowledge of SAP systems. This role is crucial for maintaining and improving our quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations.
Utilize SAP to manage quality processes, including audits, inspections, corrective actions, and quality reporting.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Train and support staff on QMS procedures and SAP quality management modules.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.
Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting quality management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Management within the chemical industry.
Proven experience with SAP quality management modules.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) is a plus.
