Coffee Roaster/Machine Operator

As a Coffee Roaster, you will be responsible for roasting, blending, and ensuring the consistent quality of our coffee products. You’ll work closely with our production team to maintain high standards, develop new profiles, and contribute to our mission of excellence in every cup.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain coffee roasting equipment to achieve desired flavor profiles.

Monitor roast profiles, adjusting time, temperature, and airflow as needed.

Conduct quality control checks on green coffee and roasted batches.

Maintain detailed records of roast logs, inventory, and production schedules.

Assist in blending, packaging, and labeling coffee products.

Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in the roasting facility.

Collaborate with the team to develop new roast profiles and product offerings.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a coffee roaster or in a similar production role (preferred but not required; training will be provided).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise roasting instructions.

Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about roasting techniques and flavor development.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance is a plus.
