Steel Pipe And Structure Fabricator

Job Responsibilities:
1. Fabrication:
- Fabricate and assemble structural steel components and piping systems based on Drawings and specifications.
- Use welding and cutting equipment to shape and join metal parts.

2. Inspection and Quality Control:
- Inspect fabricated parts to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Identify and repair defects in welding and fabrication.

3. Drawing Interpretation:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Follow detailed fabrication instructions accurately.

4. Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintain and troubleshoot fabrication equipment and tools.
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition.

5. Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

6.Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other fabricators to ensure project timelines are met.
- Communicate effectively to resolve any fabrication issues.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant technical training or certifications in welding and fabrication.

- Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in steel pipe and structural fabrication.
- Extensive experience with welding techniques and fabrication processes.

- Skills:
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
