Car Washer Cum Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Car Polisher cum Supervisor to handle vehicle polishing and detailing tasks while supervising a small team of detailers. The candidate should have hands-on experience with car polishing tools and techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and monitor day-to-day operations in the car care division.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality polishing and buffing of vehicle exteriors using machines and hand tools.

Inspect vehicles before and after polishing to ensure desired quality standards.

Supervise car cleaning/detailing staff and allocate daily tasks.

Train junior team members in polishing techniques and safety standards.

Monitor usage of materials and ensure minimal waste.

Maintain inventory of polishing tools and detailing supplies.

Ensure workstations are kept clean, organized, and safe.

Coordinate with the operations manager for scheduling and customer service updates.

Address any client feedback or concerns related to polishing services.

Conduct quality control checks to maintain consistent service standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a car polisher or detailer (minimum 2–3 years).

Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Knowledge of polishing compounds, techniques, and detailing best practices.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Basic understanding of safety procedures and material handling.
