Job Description:
As the Hotel Apartment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel apartments, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in establishing our reputation for excellence and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for all guests.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the hotel apartments, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by addressing and resolving guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of the apartments, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
- Train, motivate, and lead the hotel apartment staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and drive occupancy rates..
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a managerial role within a 4-star hotel.
- Proven track record of managing hotel operations and delivering high standards of guest service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Pleasing personality with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
