Very Urgent !! Required Civil Supervisor

We are looking for Civil Supervisor in Bahrain

Responsibilities:

- Direct and supervise construction crews to ensure that work is being carried out according to
project plans, specifications, and schedules.

- Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

- Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

- Keep track of project progress and milestones, reporting any deviations from the schedule to the project manager.

- Coordinate the delivery and use of construction materials, ensuring adequate inventory levels and preventing wastage.

- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, including technical challenges, scheduling conflicts, or personnel disputes.

- Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the construction process.

- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.

-Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for construction activities, monitoring expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Requirements:

Min 3-4 years of experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Good Communication skills required
