Urgently required an HR Admin for a leading company in Bahrain.
Should have a minimum 3yrs of experience in HR Admin.
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases (e.g. annual leave, Sick leave, etc.)
Revise company policies if required.
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues.
Letter preparation i.e. Memos, warming, Termination etc.
Assisting in payroll and providing relevant employee information (e.g. work schedules)
Arrange staff accommodation, flight booking, and process expense forms
Should be available for any other duties, as per the requirements.
