Safety Officer

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field
Residence in bahrain
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar safety/risk management role
Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), NEBOSH, Approved by Ministry in Bahrain


Safety Management and Compliance:

Thorough understanding of occupational health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, MSHA, ANSI)
Expertise in conducting job hazard analyses, risk assessments, and developing safety programs
Ability to implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and training initiatives
Knowledge of accident/incident investigation procedures and root cause analysis
Proficient in maintaining safety-related documentation and reporting requirements
