PROJECT MANAGER OSP

* Responsible for inspection of the ongoing project such as trenching, installation of manhole and hand hole, conduit, cable laying, cabinet base and report in detail as per client's specification and guidelines to meet the standard
* Preparation of the Base Report on the site survey on the result of the actual implementation of the project to be submitted in accordance with the client's specifications and guidelines , ordering the material base on the approved plan and red lines in accordance with the Horn, implementing the project and dealing with one or more subcontractors in accordance with the client's standards and specifications
* Carry out site survey together with the construction team to check the feasibility and update the revised roads.
* End-to-end responsibility to deploy the project and deliver value to the client
* Manage subcontractors and follow up daily and weekly progress with implementation teams
* Coordinate with the store with material supply, publication expectations , health and safety requirements
* Supervise projects including monitoring the number of staff, machinery and physical issues on site
* Supervision of excavation works, cable blowing, duct laying, installation of manholes / handholds, restoration and civil works
* Joint site survey with client and subcontractors for baseline drawing and execution, red line drawing and as built
* Civil Pat procedure , including mandrel testing , checking other installation such as main hole, small main hole , HH, and Mark posts according to specified standard , fiber cable blowing , splicing and testing with OTR , power meter, PMD / CD
* Document the current route / modifications of the fiber optic cable to determine the requirements for follow-up testing and reflect the data on the drawings.
* Report all USB issues, plans, quantities, suggestions etc.
* Coordinate the planned new routes with the site manager for environmental impacts, other core project impacts, contaminated soil, areas to avoid, etc.
* Documentation of Redline changes for engineering drawings.
Minimum qualifications:
* Technical experience in USB construction, cabling, infrastructure track installation projects. Experienced in surveying facilities and developing site-specific plans, joint Fiber plans, bill of materials, and subsequent construction drawings
* To include 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience
* USB skills and equipment experience
* Experience with Trimble GPS is a must.
* Experience analyzing base maps / plan drawings, building floor plan diagrams/sketches , engineering drawings, technical specifications for planning installation activities
* Microsoft Office software, AutoCAD.
