Looking Logistics Team Leader/Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dependable Logistics Team Leader/Operations Supervisor to take charge of our supply chain management. The ideal candidate will excel in organizing and overseeing the storage and distribution of goods, ensuring smooth operations throughout the entire order cycle.
Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic plans for logistics, warehouse management, transportation, and customer services.
• Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle, from procurement to delivery.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers, negotiating terms and resolving issues as they arise.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels, timely deliveries, and cost efficiency.
• Organize warehouse operations, including inventory cataloging, route planning, and shipment processing.
• Address any challenges or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, offering training and coaching as needed.
• Meet key performance targets related to cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ISO standards.
Requirements and Skills:
• Proven track record of success in logistics management roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in standard logistics software and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
