Supervisor - Civil
 A civil supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and according to design specifications. Here are some key responsibilities of a civil supervisor. Their effective coordination and management skills are essential for successful project completion.

Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop a comprehensive construction plan, keeping in mind the project goals, timelines, and required resources.

Site Supervision: Regularly visit construction sites to monitor progress, ensure adherence to safety standards, and provide guidance to the construction team. This involves coordinating with different disciplines, ensuring quality control, and resolving any on-site issues or conflicts.

Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality standards and construction specifications to ensure that work is completed to the required standards. Conduct inspections, review project documentation, and address any non-compliance or defects to maintain quality control.

Resource Management: Monitor and manage the availability and allocation of resources such as materials, equipment, and labor to ensure smooth project operations. This may involve coordinating deliveries, maintaining inventory, and optimizing resource usage.

Additional Job Description:
 Supervisor Civil must be able to communicate in English thru verbal and written.
 Supervisor Civil must have a basic knowledge of calculation equations.
