Planning Engineer For Riyadh Cable Company HV Projects

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team at Riyadh

- Planning Engineer ( should have skills below ) & 6 Years experience.

• Create and develop the master project schedule including Engineering, Procurement,
Construction, Testing & Commissioning.

• Integrate and develop all subsystems and subcontractor schedules submitted into the master
schedule.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including resource allocation, critical path
analysis, and progress tracking.

• Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the
project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project.

• Creating Enterprise Project Structure (EPS), Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) & Work
Breakdown Structure (WBS) in Primavera P6.

• Under WBS assigning different type of Activities and assigning Resources to that particular
activities, Codes, Relationships & Successors.

• Creating the resource loading and cash flow for the project.

• Scheduling, Maintaining Base line and Tracking, Reports.

• Ensure that the subsystems and subcontractors' performance is on track with the projects time
frame and milestones.

• Co‐ordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the
work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems.

• Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management and
Project director apprised of the progress on a regular basis.

• Ensure that project controls documents such as resources histogram, schedules, reporting
systems, material controls systems, etc. are fully developed and reviewed by Construction
Management and that Engineering and Procurement interfaces are properly addressed.

Should have worked on Power Transmission Project / 132KV Underground Power Cable Projects

Should hold Engineering Degree & Transferable iqama.

Previous experience with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) Projects will be added advantage.
