About the job
We need an operation coordinator to be a key member in this company by handling all related matters between clients and operations team
Main tasks :
- [ ] Creating quotation for the client
- [ ] Doing all rental process per stander
- [ ] Follow up with with transportation and logistics company
- [ ] Preparing all types of reports
- [ ] Doing regular inspections of all unit
- [ ] Communicating with team and understanding any issue
- [ ] Booking ( flight ticket- hotel - est…) for staff and crew
- [ ] Creating data sheet for all clients and updating
- [ ] Able to do cost and budget reports
- [ ] Seeking for new clients and potential coustomer
Skills needed
- fluent in English writing- Reading- speaking
- Basic Arabic speaking
- Full knowledge of using Microsoft apps ( word - excel - powerpoint - out look)
- Organising person all task and appointment by using calendar
- Able to handle job pressure
- Flexibility on duty and timing
We recommend that applicants have skills on autocad and CNC drawings
Job location
Riyadh - alnarjes ( north riyadh)
Duty
From 10:00 am until 7:00 pm
Break time from 2:00 pm until 3:00pm
Note: During project our logistics operations usually overnight employee might work remotely overnight
Salary
Basic salary ( 2000 to 3000) based to the qualifications
Accommodation : 700
Transportation : 400
Bounce on sales will be explained after interview
During travailing for business trip company pays all travel expenses ( flight ticket - hotel - car rental ) + 30 RS per day for food only in business trip
