Job Title: Electrical & Electronics Service Technician For Appliances & ELV Devices

About The Role: We’re looking for a skilled electronics technician to add to our team. In this role, you will work with electronic systems, devices, and components in several ways such as troubleshoot, test, service and repair products such as intercom, cctv, home appliance, kitchen appliance and flash lights and other small electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, install, assemble, and maintain electronics components and systems
• Draft user manuals to explain electronics systems and devices to laypeople
• Use a variety of tools and techniques to perform work on electrical systems
• Partner with other electronics professionals to optimize efficiency
• Interpret technical blueprints and schematics
• Attending regular workshops and training sessions from suppliers to maintain mastery of electronics
• Co-ordinate between sales teams and customers to action and progress open job cards
• Assist the head of service in maintenance of spares, customer and job card records for regular monthly audit with finance teams.

Required Experience:
• Applicant must be fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Electrical or Electronics Bachelors Degree (Vocational or Degree equivalent)
• At least 2 years experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of electrical devices with a Bahrain based company and with similar brands and products of the business
• Advanced electronics knowledge is a must with experience working on AC/DC circuit boards
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Holding a valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage
• Hardworking and can work independently or as a team under supervision
• Willing to work flexibly on multiple tasks
• Willing to travel to customer locations
• Bahraini candidates are encouraged to apply
• Fast learner with a proactive approach to tasks. Basic knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
