Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the business objectives of typing centers.
• Collaborate with senior management to define marketing goals and KPIs.
Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
• Coordinate promotional activities to drive foot traffic and online engagement.
Digital Marketing:
• Manage the typing centers' online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and online listings.
• Implement digital marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and attract online customers.
Branding:
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for typing centers.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and touch points.
Customer Engagement:
• Implement strategies to engage and retain customers.
• Develop loyalty programs and promotions to encourage repeat business.
Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Use insights to adapt marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations and sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Competencies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on service-oriented businesses.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and typing center industry.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
