bout the Role:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC BIM Modeler to join our dynamic MEP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D BIM models for HVAC systems, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring all drawings and models comply with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and modify detailed HVAC BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Coordinate HVAC models with other disciplines (MEP, architectural, structural).
Generate shop drawings, sections, and installation details from BIM models.
Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
Collaborate with design engineers and site teams to ensure accurate modeling.
Maintain project documentation and follow company BIM standards and workflows.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HVAC BIM Modeler in the MEP industry.
Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Familiarity with local and international HVAC design standards.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
