We are looking for Business Development to join our team.
The Business development manager’s executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
-Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
-Training business development staff
-Attending conferences and industry events
- Initiate and develop new product business proposals and participate in the feasibility studies of such proposals. Develop new markets for the company portfolio.
- Mapping the current situation of the company
- Knowledge in conducting Feasibility Studies and writing reports
Business Development Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor' s Degree.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- 3+ years of Business Development experience and Logistics in Dammam, Saudi
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
