Hiring Experience Barista

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service coffee shop. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.


Responsibilities:
1. Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment efficiently and safely.
2. Prepare and serve various hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work areas.
4. Restock supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.

Qualifications:
1. Experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso drink preparation.
4. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Motivated Salary + Yearly Increment
