Are you passionate about people and looking to make an impact in the dynamic F&B industry? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and help us build a positive and engaging workplace.



Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

• Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Support employee engagement, training, and development programs.

• Address HR-related queries and provide guidance on policies.

• Assist in performance management and disciplinary procedures.



Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
