Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the restaurants industry.

Responsibilities:-
- Assist the restaurant manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure efficient and smooth service delivery to customers, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to maintain excellent customer service.
- Assist in creating and implementing effective strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management, placing orders as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Assist in developing and implementing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage to meet operational needs.
- Uphold and enforce health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional activities.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff for their professional growth.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management, monitoring expenses, and controlling costs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments, making recommendations for improvements.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, and maintaining employee morale.




Qualifications:-


- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and industry best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in computer systems and restaurant management software.
