BIM COORDINATOR

Job Title: BIM Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with project teams to implement BIM standards and protocols.
2. Develop and maintain 3D models, drawings, and documentation.
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy.
4. Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts.
5. Assist in model-based quantity takeoff and cost estimation.
6. Ensure compliance with company BIM standards and industry best practices.

Requirements:
1. Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks).
3. Strong understanding of construction processes and building systems.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:
1. BIM modeling and coordination.
2. Clash detection and resolution.
3. Model-based quantity takeoff.
4. Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
