We are seeking a Civil/Architecture/Mechanical engineer to join our team as a Project Coordination Engineer (Owner's Representative) based in NEOM, Tabuk. In this role, you will act as an advocate for the owner, ensuring the project is delivered according to plans, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate project documents and communication between all project stakeholders.
* Review and monitor contractor submittals for compliance with project specifications.
* Participate in site inspections and identify potential risks and issues.
* Assist with project budget and schedule control.
* Prepare and track project reports for the owner.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Architecture or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
* Strong understanding of construction contracts and specifications.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
