Customer Care/Telemarketing Executive

Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for building relationships over the phone? We're seeking a Customer Care/Telemarketing Executive to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.

Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing and showcasing our products or services.
Understand customer needs and effectively promote our offerings to generate sales.
Handle inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, maintaining engagement and building rapport.
Utilize effective questioning techniques to identify potential leads and contribute to our sales pipeline.
Utilize basic MS Office skills and CRM tools to manage customer interactions and data.

Requirements:
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
2 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing or customer care roles.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
Housewife or single female who can work as freelancers are encouraged to apply.
