ob Role: Sports Bar Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the sports bar.
Ensure the bar runs smoothly during peak hours, including game nights.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and liquor laws.
Customer Service:
Ensure guests receive high-quality service and an enjoyable sports viewing experience.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Staff Management:

Inventory and Supplies:
Manage inventory of beverages, food, and supplies.
Order stock and manage vendor relationships.
Marketing and Promotion:
Organize sports events, themed nights, and promotions to attract customers.
Use social media and local advertising to market the bar.
Financial Management:
Monitor budgets, sales reports, and profitability.
Control costs and minimize waste.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in bar or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of popular sports and bar culture.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
