Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations across Bahrain. Responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, and upholding brand standards across all assigned restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and guidance to restaurant team leaders and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control, to ensure efficient and profitable restaurant performance.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of restaurants to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• In-charge of the Operations Product Training and responsible for training and ensuring that branches follow sops.
