About the Role:
As our Client Relations Officer, you'll be the heart of our client experience. You'll build trust and ensure a seamless journey for businesses looking to set up and operate in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
1-Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the business setup and operational stages.
2-Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and concise information.
3-Coordinate and manage client tasks related to our core services, including:
-Business visa requests
-Licensing applications
-Iqama requirements
-Company incorporation procedures
-Recruitment needs
-Document collection and control
4-Proactively identify client needs and recommend solutions based on our suite of services.
5-Build strong relationships with clients, exceeding expectations whenever possible.
6-Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
7-Escalate complex issues.
8-Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a client relations or similar customer service role.
-Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and concise explanations.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Fluency in English.
-Knowledge of Saudi Arabian business regulations and procedures is a plus.
-Valid Iqama and must be transferable to our company is required.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-A positive and professional attitude with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
