*Description:*

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QA & QC (Quality Assurance & Quality Control) Engineer to join our team for a prestigious building project in Saudi Arabia. As a QA & QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities adhere to established quality standards and specifications, thereby contributing to the successful completion of the project.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures, protocols, and checklists to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and installations to identify deviations, defects, and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers, and evaluate their compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and quality documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel on QA/QC procedures, requirements, and best practices.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a QA/QC Engineer or in a similar role on building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, methodologies, and tools, with a focus on civil construction.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding high-quality standards and delivering superior results.
- Proficiency in English is required, Arabic language skills are advantageous.

*Experience:*

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC engineering or management roles, with a focus on building projects.
- Experience working in the Middle East region or on international projects is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing QA/QC programs and ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
