Job Description

•Contributes to the development of Human Recourses Policies and procedures in collaboration with the HR Planning and Development manager.
•Collaborates with directors of departments in continuously reviewing and rationalizing organization structures based on company’s objectives to achieve overall organization efficiency.
•Creates and maintains updated job descriptions by revising and conducting job analysis to ensure that job descriptions are accurately reflecting the employees’ current job duties and responsibilities.
•Handles job evaluation and reevaluation to ensure that all jobs are properly evaluated and graded.
•Assists with the developing and implementing of training plan by identifying and analyzing training needs of departments, coordinate with training providers and evaluate the effectiveness of the provided training.
•Participates in the preparation of appropriate annual budget for the manpower needs of the company and other expenses of the department.
•Assists the HR Planning and Development Manager in reviewing and planning for manpower needs of the company as per departments’ requirements.
•Make sure the transfer request is aligned in the approved organizational structure and budget
•Support in reviewing and planning the career paths to engage and retain employees.
•Controls the employees’ semi-annual and annual performance appraisal, performance review and analyze the performance appraisal process and results.
•Works with the HR Planning and Development Manager in developing and implementing succession plan by conducting identification and assessment of high potential employees to implement individual career development plan.
•Track and monitor Human Recourses department KPIs and provide HR Planning and Development with monthly report.
•Conducts periodic organization assessments in order to determine employees’ engagement, employees’ satisfaction, etc., to design and implement organization programs and initiatives.
•Prepares and submits reports on HR planning, training and development, performance appraisal and related issues to the HR Planning and Development Manager.
