Key Responsibilities:
Contract Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that agreements are fair and beneficial to all parties
involved.
Contract Administration: Managing the administration of contracts throughout the project
lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contract documents.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions
and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks
Claims Management: Evaluating and processing claims submitted by contractors, subcontractors, and other parties, and working to resolve them in a fair and timely manner.
Budget Management: Tracking contract expenditures and ensuring that costs remain within budgetary limits established in the contracts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates should be 50 years or below.
Should be an Arab national.
An engineering degree is required, with additional training or certifications being beneficial. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field is necessary.
Candidates must possess experience in the construction industry.
Certifications in Health and Safety are advantageous.
Prior experience working in GCC countries is preferred
