UI/UX Designer

### **Responsibilities:**

1. **User Interface Design:**
- Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
2. **User Experience Design:**
- Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop user personas and user journeys to enhance overall user experience.
- Implement user feedback to continuously improve and refine designs.
3. **Tool Proficiency:**
- Expertise in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) and Figma.
- Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of design software to optimize workflows.
4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design into the development process.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.
5. **Prototyping:**
- Create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma to demonstrate the flow and functionality of designs.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the feasibility of design concepts.
6. **Design System Management:**
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and patterns across different products and platforms.
7. **Accessibility and Inclusivity:**
- Advocate for and implement design solutions that prioritize accessibility and inclusivity.
- Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement.

### **Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) and Figma.
- Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and design thinking.
- Familiarity with the finance industry is plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
