Projects Planning Engineer

Looking for a professional Project Planner to work full time for our construction projects.
The appointed candidate shall retain office in our head office - Jeddah.

Following are some key responsibilities:

• Project Scheduling – All Levels.
• Designing baselines and periodic updations.
• Recovery plans if needed.
• Interactive Dashboard Preparation in Power BI & Excel.
• Progress & Invoice PMS preparation.
• Project Delay Analysis for EOT Claims Preparation.
• Progress Monitoring & Control, Progress Summary Reports / Dashboards with KPIs.
• Project Cost Report and Resources Estimating.
• Project Financial control, Cash flow, and Reporting.
• Forecasting and looking ahead schedules.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Earned Value Implementation and Invoice Preparation.
