Job Description

Job Responsibilities:1. Project Planning and Execution:
Determine project goals, scope, schedule and budget.
Develop project execution plan, arrange resources and task allocation.
Manage project schedule, ensure project is completed on time, and adjust plan in time to cope with changes.
2. Risk Management:
Identify risks in the project and develop corresponding response measures.
Monitor project progress, find and solve potential problems in time.
3. Resource Management:
Manage project team, including recruiting, training, coaching and evaluating team members.
Coordinate and manage various resources required for the project, including human, material and financial resources.
4. Schedule, Quality, Safety and Cost Management:
Responsible for developing project plans, tracking project progress and ensuring project is completed on time. This includes developing project schedules, resource allocation, monitoring work progress and solving delays in time.
Responsible for developing and implementing quality control plans, supervising quality management activities during the project, and ensuring that the products or services delivered by the project meet the specified quality standards.
Responsible for developing and implementing safety management plans, supervising safety measures during project construction, ensuring the safety of project participants, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards.
Responsible for developing and supervising project budgets, controlling project costs, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. This includes tracking costs, managing changes, forecasting costs, and ensuring the cost-effectiveness of the project.
5. Reporting and Evaluation:
Prepare project progress reports and regularly report project status, progress, and risks to relevant parties.
Conduct project evaluation and summary, extract project lessons learned, and provide reference for future projects.
6. Communication and Coordination:
Maintain communication with the project team, customers, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and achievement of project goals.
Coordinate the relationship between project parties and deal with conflicts of interest and issues.
Job requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, related majors such as engineering
management, project management, construction management, etc.
2. Major: Possess professional knowledge and skills related to project management, such as project planning and control, risk management, resource management, communication and coordination, etc.
3. Professional title: Hold intermediate or above professional titles related to project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, etc.
4. Professional qualification: First-class construction engineer, with relevant project management professional qualification certificates, such as PMP, CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), etc.
5. Work experience: More than 10 years of project management experience is required, especially project experience in related industries or fields.
6. Skill requirements: Possess English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, good communication skills, team management skills, problem-solving skills and decision-making skills; proficient in project management tools and software such as OFFICE office software, familiar with CAD and P6, etc.
7. Other requirements: Have a strong sense of responsibility, stress resistance and teamwork spirit; be able to adapt to the changing environment and work pressure of the project, and those with project management experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East are preferred.
