Job Responsibilities:
1. Human Resource Planning: Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's human resource planning, including plans for personnel recruitment, training, performance management, etc.
2. Recruitment and Talent Introduction: Responsible for formulating recruitment strategies, conducting recruitment activities, selecting suitable talents to join the company, and assisting in interview and recruitment process management.
3. Employee Training and Development: Design and implement employee training plans, including induction training, job training, professional skills training, etc., to help employees improve their capabilities and performance.
4. Performance Management: Responsible for formulating and implementing performance management systems, including setting performance goals, evaluating performance, rewards and punishments, etc., to ensure that employee performance is consistent with company goals.
5. Salary and Benefits Management: Manage salary systems and welfare policies, including salary structure design, welfare benefits formulation, salary adjustments, etc., to ensure a reasonable salary and welfare level.
6. Employee Relations Management: Responsible for handling employee relations affairs, including employee complaints, dispute resolution, labor contract management, etc., to maintain a good employee relations atmosphere.
7. Employee Resignation Management: Manage employee resignation processes, including resignation procedures, resignation interviews, resignation investigations, etc., to ensure that the resignation process goes smoothly.
8. Employee data management: manage employee files and employee information, including onboarding information, contract information, performance evaluation, etc., to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information.
9. Compliance with laws and regulations: responsible for understanding and complying with labor laws and regulations and related laws and regulations, and ensuring that the company's human resources management activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
10. Employee culture construction: participate in company culture construction and employee care work, organize various employee activities and training, and improve employee satisfaction and sense of belonging.

Job requirements:
1. Education:
Bachelor degree or above.
2. Major:
Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Labor and Social Security and other related majors.
3. Professional title:
Hold an intermediate professional title in a related major (such as Human Resources Manager).
4. Professional qualification:
Hold a Human Resources Management Qualification Certificate or a Labor and Social Security Professional Technical Qualification Certificate.
5. Work experience:
More than 5 years of relevant work experience in human resources management.
6. Skill requirements:
Have the ability to listen, speak, read and write in Arabic and English, have good communication skills, team management skills, problem-solving skills and decision-making skills; be proficient in project management tools and OFFICE office software, etc.
7. Other requirements:
Have a strong sense of responsibility, stress resistance and teamwork spirit, and those with project human resources management experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East are preferred.
