Finance and Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities
• Daily cash collection and income reporting
• Ensure petty cash sufficiency for cashiers on daily basis
• Perform bank reconciliation on monthly basis
• Prepare monthly and quarterly income reports for senior management
• Monitor inventory and notify for purchases on a regular basis
• Liaise with the senior accountant to resolve discrepancies and any other issues
• Sort, organize and file reports and invoices properly
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and any other ad hoc tasks
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance
• 2-5 years of related experience within KSA
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Effective communication in English and Arabic
