Position:Recruiter
Location: Bahrain
Nationality: Indian
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in recruitment / manpower supply (especially for Gulf countries)
Job Responsibilities:
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various categories (hospitality, construction, cleaning, etc.)
Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates
Handling documentation for visa processing and offer letters
Communicating effectively with candidates and overseas agents
Proficient in email communication and MS Office
Languages Preferred: English, Hindi (other Indian languages are an advantage)
