Join our nurturing team at Children’s House Montessori Kindergarten, Budaiya

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and certified Female Shadow Teacher who is passionate about supporting children’s individual learning journeys in a Montessori environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Support and guide children in their daily learning, play, and development.
Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging Montessori activities.
Provide one-on-one support to children who require additional assistance.
Maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Communicate effectively with staff and parents to ensure smooth coordination.

Requirements:

Certification in Early Childhood Education or Special Needs Support (mandatory).
Proven experience as a Shadow Teacher or Teaching Assistant.
Montessori background is an advantage.
Strong English communication skills.
Patient, compassionate, and responsible personality.
