Marketing Executive – Manpower Supply

We are seeking a Marketing Executive who can generate new clients for our manpower supply business, promote company services, and play an active role in securing recruitment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

I'd like you to approach new companies and clients to establish strong business relationships.
Present and promote company services (manpower supply, recruitment projects).
Understand client requirements and provide manpower solutions accordingly.
Achieve sales targets and secure new projects.
Follow up with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

Experience in Marketing / Sales (preferably in manpower supply or recruitment industry).
Strong communication and networking skills.
Ability to reach new clients and close deals.
Team player with the ability to deliver results on time.
English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage

Location: Jubail
Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Holiday: Friday off
