Job Title: Transportation Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Vehicle Coordinator to manage our fleet's operations. The successful candidate will oversee periodic maintenance, insurance, legal compliance, accident handling, and fleet records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Periodic Maintenance Management: Schedule and coordinate regular vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Insurance & Legal Compliance: Ensure all vehicles are insured and comply with legal requirements.
- Accident Handling & Paperwork: Manage accident reports, insurance claims, and related documentation.
- GPS Tracking & Monitoring (Optional): Oversee GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicle locations and performance.
- Complaint Diagnosis & Issue Resolution: Address driver and vehicle-related complaints, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Fleet Records & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on fleet operations, including maintenance, compliance, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience in fleet management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, insurance, and legal requirements
