Estimator & Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out & Joinery)

We are seeking a female professional for a combined Estimator, Quantity Surveyor (QS), and Document Controller role specializing in high-end Interior Fit-Out and Joinery projects.

Core Responsibilities
Estimating: Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for fit-out and joinery works.
Quantity Surveying: Conduct accurate quantity take-offs, prepare BOQs, manage variations (VOs), and handle payment applications/valuations.
Document Control: Establish and maintain a systematic document management system for all project drawings, contracts, submittals, and correspondence. Ensure version control and timely distribution.

Key Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in the Interior Fit-Out/Joinery industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (for take-offs) and Advanced Microsoft Excel (for cost analysis).
Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and measurement methods.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for precise documentation.
Relevant Degree (QS, Engineering, or Architecture).
