Architect Tender & Procurement Engineer

We are looking for a qualified Tendering & Procurement Engineer (Architectural/Civil) to join our Technical Office Team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in tendering, procurement, material submittals, and coordination for architectural, civil, and finishing works on large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Study BOQs, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirements
✔️ Prepare and review material submittals for consultant approval
✔️ Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for architectural/finishing materials (cladding, façade, tiles, wood, glass, sanitary fixtures, etc.)
✔️ Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely approvals and deliveries
✔️ Maintain updated vendor database and procurement records
✔️ Support the Technical Office in correspondence, documentation, and compliance with project standards
✔️ Issuance of Purchase Orders & Contracts
✔️ Tracking of payments and deliveries for ongoing projects
✔️ Knowledge of Etimad Portals for Tendering is required
Requirements:
???? Bachelor’s degree in architecture/civil engineering, or related field
???? Minimum 5+ years of experience in Tendering & Procurement Engineer (Architectural/Civil works)
???? Strong knowledge of building materials and specifications
???? Experience with material submittals and consultant coordination
???? Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
???? Good Business English capabilities is a must
