Our salon is seeking a dynamic Salon Manager who can juggle appointments, accounts, and attitude—with style and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations: reception, appointment scheduling, and client coordination
- Handle accounts, invoicing, and daily financial tracking
- Liaise with banks, LMRA, SIO, and other government entities
- Purchase salon supplies and maintain inventory
- Make timely payments to vendors and suppliers
- Supervise staff schedules, performance, and training
- Ensure excellent client service and resolve any issues professionally
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and salon standards
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with LMRA, SIO, and banking procedures in Bahrain
- Valid Bahraini driving license and own car (essential)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, email, scheduling tools)

This role requires regular visits to banks, suppliers, and government offices—so having your own car is a must.
