Job Vacancy: Counter Staff (Male – Preferably Indian)
We are looking for a friendly and professional Counter Staff to join our car rental team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with reservations and inquiries
- Process rental agreements and payments
- Verify customer documents
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and return
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Preferably with a valid driver’s license
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
