job Title: Junior Florist (Female)

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in daily floral arrangements, bouquets, and decorative pieces as per customer requirements.

Maintain freshness, quality, and presentation of flowers and plants.

Support senior florists in preparing event decorations, weddings, and special orders.

Handle customer inquiries and provide suggestions for suitable floral options.

Manage inventory, unpack flower deliveries, and ensure proper storage and hydration.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Assist with shop displays and seasonal decoration themes.

Ensure excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in floristry is an advantage).

Basic knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral care.

Creative mindset with an eye for design and color combinations.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Prior experience in a florist shop
