Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the industry

- Must have an existing client base in Saudi Arabia

- Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Capable of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships

- Engineering background preferred

2️⃣ Project Coordinator cum Document Controller

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support project managers

- Prepare, maintain, and control all project-related documentation

- Ensure proper filing and retrieval of records for audits and reporting

- Monitor project timelines, progress, and deliverables

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management systems

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to liaise with different departments and ensure smooth project execution

3️⃣ Driver cum Foreman

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory

- Safely drive company vehicles and transport staff/materials as needed

- Supervise and coordinate site workers

- Ensure site safety, discipline, and productivity

- Maintain daily activity reports and assist project team in field tasks

- Ability to multitask between driving and foreman responsibilities
